Hello, I am Molly Black, the owner/founder of Gem. With more than 30 years of salon experience, it has been quite a journey but I am very proud to share Gem with you. I love doing hair and working with my team to create an inspiring space to be the best we can be. It has taken practice to learn how to lead in a way that feels true to me and empowering for others. Everyday is a new journey and I am a person who enjoys the thrill of that.
