I'm Fae, and I'm thrilled to bring my passion for hair to this vibrant city. From a young age, I was driven by a desire to empower others. That drive has shaped my career as a stylist. I pride myself on being both attentive and on-trend.
I specialize in color with a focus on blonding and hair extensions. Whether you're looking for a sun-kissed brunette glow or aiming to become a blonde bombshell, I believe that hair color is the ultimate way to elevate your ego. Additionally I can add a set of extensions to your natural hair making it feel longer and thicker.
My journey in these arts has taken me from the Chicago Hair Show, where I had the honor of educating fellow stylists on the techniques of hair extensions, to having my work showcased by the renowned Bombshell Extension Company.
What’s your experience?: I’ve spent four years behind the chair, working on skills that have enabled me to effectively transform hair. This experience has allowed me to perfect techniques in coloring, extensions, and styling.
What’s your specialty?: My primary passion is working with blondes, whether it’s a few foils or a full head of them. I find joy in both the artistry and the precision required for these looks. In addition to coloring, I specialize in hair extensions. I take great pride in ensuring that the extensions blend seamlessly with a client's natural hair.
Why do you love what you do?: Being a stylist allows me to blend artistry with personal connection. Transforming someone's look is incredibly rewarding; it's not just about changing their appearance but also boosting their individuality. Additionally, the ever-evolving nature of the beauty industry keeps me excited to continually learn.
How do you express yourself? : Fashion, hair, and makeup—any avenue that allows me to share a glimpse of my inner world. Each look I create is a reflection of my creativity and personal style, offering a visual representation of how I feel and what I’m thinking.
How do you get out of a creative rut?: I seek new experiences and perspectives, like education or exploring industry trends. Also experimenting with new hobbies helps me nurture my creativity.
Where do you go in the Twin Cities to be inspired?: I head straight to the city itself. The energy of the community always inspire me. Observing how people are showcasing their individuality in real time helps me stay passionate in my work.
Most noteworthy era?: I’m a '90s baby for life. Growing up, I idolized many influential women from that era, and their style and spirit continue to inspire me today.
What do you do for self-care?: I love spending time in nature and practicing mindful meditation. If I need an extra boost, spending time with my pets always lifts my spirits.
Piece of advice for those struggling with self-confidence?: Remember where you started. Taking a moment to reflect on your journey can be powerful. At some point we all doubted our ability to reach the place we are now.
