Below Noon Focus ( line & graduation ) | Tuesday, September 26th 10:30am-5:30pm

Check out a snippet from his last class at Gem!

Let's talk clock cutting method. There are three techniques: option line, graduation and layer. First two are below noon so both build vertical weight into the hair. Layers take away vertical weight. In general we think it’s easy to take things away compared to proper building of things! Any one can demolish few and construct.

This focus is all that intentional construction. We build this line through the clock cutting method! We not only think in the box, we cut in the box. This line lesson that you'll learn focuses on cutting above the comb to create an “anti bevel” bob. It’s cut from corner to corner, literally in the shape of a house.

This grad lesson is about consistency, being present and always checking the roots for tension awareness. When you start regularly cutting lines and grads somewhat easy like no bigs, your confidence levels ascend! Clients love a confident hairdresser with empathy.
